Time Spiral is a large set with 121 commons, 80 uncommons, 80 rare cards, and four variations of each basic land. There are also 121 Timeshifted cards. Ignoring the timeshifted cards, this is the new size for a large set of this era.
Time Spiral was sold in 15 card booster packs and 75 card tournament packs. Booster boxes have 36 boosters. Fat packs have 6 boosters. Tournament pack displays have 12 packs.

The US printing uses sequential collation with 11 × 11 sheets. Packs are ordered commons, then uncommons, the rare, and the timeshifted card. If a foil card appears, it will appear as the last card in the pack after the rare (if any), displacing a common (unless the foil is a timeshifted card, in which case it displaces the regular timeshifted card).

Tournament packs have 29 commons, 10 uncommons, 3 rares, 3 timeshifted, and 30 basic lands (in this order) in addition to a rules insert (between the timeshifted cards and the basic lands) and a pro tour player card (after the basic lands). If there is a main set foil, it will appear between the basic lands and the pro tour card, displacing a common. A timeshifted foil will occur after the timeshifted cards, displacing a timeshifted card.

There are four common runs. Two, A and B, have 33 cards (each twice) and two, C and D, have 27 cards (again, each twice) plus one copy each of Brass Gnat. Boosters have 5-6 cards from A or B, followed by 4-5 cards from C or D. A foil basic or common will displace and AB card, whereas a foil uncommon or rare will displace a CD card. This appears to be the first set when uncommon and rare foils displace commons. (Bonus sheet foils however displace the regular bonus sheet card.)

There are two uncommon runs, α and β, each with 40 cards printed thrice. Each booster pack contains 1-2 cards from α followed by 1-2 cards from β.

In tournament packs, commons appear in A-B-C-D order. Observed packs were: 8+8+6+6, 8+7+6+7, and 7+8+7+6, with a foil replacing a card from any run. Uncommons are 5 α followed by 5 β.
The A common run contains 33 cards each printed twice.
The B common run contains 33 cards each printed twice.
The C common run contains 27 cards each printed twice, plus one copy of Brass Gnat.
The D common run contains 27 cards each printed twice, plus one copy of Brass Gnat.
The α uncommon run contains 40 cards, each printed thrice. There is still some uncertainty with this run.
The β uncommon run contains 40 cards, each printed thrice. This run hasn't been fully calculated.
